Do i need to register to make an order?

No. You can complete your order as a guest if you do not want to register.

Having issues with registration?

You need a strong password containing a minimum of 12 characters, it should include combination of uppercase, lowercase, special symbols and numbers. 

Do you ship outside Germany?

Yes, we delivery within the EU.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value, you can order as low as 1€ and pay for your shipping. 

Do you sell carton of frozen foods?

Yes, but only on request.

How do i make payment?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders WITHOUT frozen foods we offer free delivery from € 69,99 order value, while orders WITH frozen foods we offer free delivery from € 99,99 order value.

 

What is the delivery time?

Dry Products:

Delivery time is 48 hours within Germany. Heavy products (electronics, furniture, etc) delivery time is 1-3 days.

EU countries (SK, ES, IT, NL) delivery time is 2 – 3 days.

EU countries (LT, LU, LA, MC, BE, CZ, IR, LI, NL, PL, PT, SV, SE, DK, ET, FN, FR, HU) delivery time is 3 – 5 days.

Frozen Products:

24 hours delivery time within Germany, and other EU countries. NOTE: Frozen orders are only shipped from Monday to Thursday.

Can i return my order?

Returns are only possible for non-food items. The items can be returned to us within 14 days with no extra charges. Returns will only be accepted when the item is still in its original state and not defected or roughly handled/damaged.

Can i order dry and frozen products together?

Yes, dry and frozen products can be ordered together.

Are shop prices fixed?

No.
