Standard delivery is 2-3 days. Heavy products (electronics, furniture, etc) delivery time is 1-3 days. Free delivery is offered from order value of € 49.

 

2. Express Delivery

Express delivery for order including Frozen Foods are delivered in 1-2 days. Frozen order are shipped from Monday to Thursday. Free delivery is offered from order value of € 79.

 

Europe (countries: SK, ES, IT, NL)

1. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is 2 – 3 days. Free delivery is offered from order value of € 115.99.

Cash On Delivery has an additional fee of (5.60 euros).

 

Other EU Countries

Cancellation and Return Policy

You have the right to cancel and return your Non-Food product purchase within a period of 14 days.

We will return to you all payments which we have received from you when you cancel your order, this includes the cost of delivery. There are exceptions when the customer bears the cost if after examining your returned product there was a loss of value, functionality, quality and texture as a result of rough handling of the product by the customer.

If the returned product is in good condition, payment will be made through the same method of purchase within a period of 14 days.
